- All services are performed on an hourly rate basis.
- There is no fee for an initial consultation to discuss your organization’s needs. Once we decide to work together, a formal contract will be drafted and provided to the client for approval.
- Before beginning the work, the contract must also be submitted to the Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations for approval (see section below).
- Monthly invoices are provided to clients and are due on a net 30 day basis.
Registration with Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations
Crytzer Communication is registered with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations (Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act) and is required by law to receive contract approval from state authorities before services can begin. At least 15 business days are needed.
Registration Information for Fundraising Counsels
Crytzer Communication abides by the ethical standards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), including Standard No. 21: “Members shall not accept compensation or enter into a contract that is based on a percentage of contributions; nor shall members accept finder’s fees or contingent fees.”
